After contacting the District Court and the registering into the company register, according to your business activities, you shall declare your company at the following places:
- Local Business Office
- Commercial Chamber
- Tax Authority
- Professional Association
- At Soka Bau or at the competent chamber
If you wish to employ workers, you shall declare your enterprise at the competent:
- Employment Agency
- and in addition, the Health Insurance Institute and the Pension Insurance Institution must be informed.
And don’t forget: furthermore, your company will also need
- a business bank account
- liability insurance
